The Smithville Area Fire Protection District is seeking qualified applicants to fill 1 open Firefighter-EMT position.
Hiring requirements include:
19 years of age
Certified Firefighter 1 and 2
Missouri licensed or Nationally Registered EMT or Paramedic (those with National Registry must be able to obtain an EMT or Paramedic license from the State of Missouri)
Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) certification dated within the past year, (since 05-01-2024)

The Smithville Area Fire Protection District is seeking bids for the purchase of two (2) Ford F250 pickups. Specifications are below. Bids are due by April 19, 2024 at 4pm.
